Go to My COSMOTE portal to easily check when your business bills are due and receive confirmation for your payments.

Step 1
Log into your business My COSMOTE account and go to the "My Bills" section.
Step 2
Select the bill you want to view.
Step 3
The due date of your bill appears as: “Payment due”. In the same section, you can find the confirmed payments already made for this bill. Please note that when payments are effectuated via bank transfer or using a payment method not directly linked to COSMOTE (e.g. at the post office), there may be delays between the actual payment and its recording date.
COSMOTE App
Step 1
After you log in, navigate to the connections section and select the three vertical lines on the upper-right corner of the screen. Alternatively, if a payment card appears on the first screen, select it and follow the steps below:

Go to the “Personal or Business” tab and select one of the connections linked to your business account.
Step 3
If it is not already selected, press the “Bills” tab, and then the eBill icon.
Step 4
In the eBill, the due date appears as: “Payment due”. In the same section, you can find the confirmed payments already made for this bill.
