From My COSMOTE, you can have direct access to your company’s itemised bill at any time.
My COSMOTE Website
Step 1
Log into your business My COSMOTE account and go to the "My Bills" section.
Step 2
Select the bill you want to view.
Step 3
Select “Itemised bill”. (Note: for security reasons, you will be asked to enter a one-time pin on this screen).
Step 4
From the “Itemised bill” tab, you can see every connection billed to your business, as well as an itemised bill for each one of your connections. You can filter by billing category or sort calls by date or by charge amount.
Step 5 (optional)
If you would like to download your itemised bill and your business bill information in an editable format, please select “Reports”. (Note: in this section too you will be required to enter a one-time pin).
Step 6 (optional)
After entering the pin, go to the “Reports” section and select the “billing period” you are interested in as well as the “type” of document you want to create.
