COSMOTE is participating in the “Digital Tools for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” programme of the “Greece 2.0” National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which offers a 90% subsidy for digital services. In this way, it is actively supporting Greek SMEs on their digital transformation journey, providing them with the right tech solutions and the guidance they need to stay competitive and grow.
The programme is aimed at Greek enterprises that have up to 250 employees and want to take the next step for their business, entering the digital age. Entrepreneurs can find out about the application process and the digital tools being proposed via the
special website COSMOTE has created for this purpose. Interested parties can submit their applications through 14 September 2022. The programme will run in the form of vouchers for beneficiaries, with the potential for subsidisation of solutions for 1 to 3 years.
Furthermore, professionals can enter their data on the
special form and a specialised representative of COSMOTE will contact them to guide, advise and assist them in capitalising on the programme’s subsidy, choosing products and services that suit their business and will facilitate their successful digital translation.
The technologically advanced services that COSMOTE offers in the context of the “Digital Tools for SMEs” programme concern the enhancement of cloud collaboration, remote work, internet security, vehicle monitoring from anywhere, e-commerce, etc. Indicatively, the digital tools COSMOTE is proposing include the following:

It is an integrated solution that offers flexibility, increases the level of security and enhances business productivity.
In the context of its strategy for continuous support of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Greece, COSMOTE recently presented a survey on the Digital Readiness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Greece 2022, which was carried out by the ELTRUN laboratory at the Athens University of Economics and Business. According to the survey, 1 in 5 Greek SMEs is already in advanced stages of digital readiness, while 1 in 2 is still in the initial stages. Lack of resources is one of the main obstacles to the utilisation of digital technologies for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In today’s ever-changing business environment, COSMOTE remains the partner of choice, with the expertise to support small and medium-sized businesses, offering training, guidance and innovative solutions for a “digital journey” that contributes to the growth of every business.
