Prices include VAT 24% and Mobile Telephony Subscriber’s Fee. As of 1/1/2022: A 10% Mobile Subscriber Fee (before VAT) is applied to monthly bills issued for contracts, as well as to any call time (before VAT) activated in Pay As You Go plans. A zero fee (0%) is applied to individuals aged fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29) years old, after registering to the dedicated gov.gr. application. This is applicable to one number per beneficiary, for the first bill issued for contracts or the next Pay As You Go top-up. In the case where the free minutes, free messages and free data are not consumed within the respective billing month, they are not transferred to the following month

The data charge is on a per KByte basis and the minimum charge is 1KB per connection (1MB=1024 KB)

After the depletion of the embedded GBs, the charge is 0,0053€/ΜΒ and after the depletion of the embedded SMS, the charge is 0,0814€/SMS. Prices include VAT 24% and Mobile Telephony Subscriber’s Fee

The free MB , minutes (voice and/or video calls) and messages (SMS) included in the tariff plans, as well as their respective charges after the expiration of the free usage, relate to calls (voice and video-calls) made and messages sent to national mobile and fixed destinations (geographical numbers and mobile numbers), excluding short-digit numbers and the networks short-digit numbers

The embedded minutes (voice and/or video calls), GB and messages (SMS) included in the tariff plans can be consumed for free in EU Roaming.

Fair usage policy for EU roaming applies for the rateplan COSMOTE GIGAMAX UNLIMITED which is 76GB.

COSMOTE GIGAMAX Unlimited Subscribers can consume their rateplan’s embedded minutes to all national networks and for international calls to Zone EU as well. The Zone EU consist of the following countries: Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, French Guyana, Germany, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Denmark, Estonia, U.K, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mayotte, Madeira, Malta, Martinique, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Island, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, St Martin, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland

COSMOTE Data Traveller is not compatible with COSMOTE Mobile rateplans

Use of free talk time and/or SMS can be done only through a mobile phone. Any use of PBX , or any other line that is linked with a computer for the specific purpose of making a large number of calls/videocalls and/or sending at the same time a large number of SMS is prohibited. In case a subscriber uses the rate plan’s free usage through a PBX or any other line that is linked with a computer, OTE reserves the right to stop providing it’s services.

Monthly free usage is provided only for the subscriber’s own use. Any commercial use or resale of OTE’s provided services ,through COSMOTE rateplans, to third parties, natural or legal entities is explicitly prohibited.

The COSMOTE GIGAMAX, COSMOTE MOBILE, COSMOTE MOBILE 1500, COSMOTE MOBILE PLUS, COSMOTE UNLIMITED and COSMOTE 20,25,35,45,55,65,100, PLATINUM plans are available for individuals. A subscriber can activate a maximum number of five (5) connections in total.

In the case where a sent sms is composed with more characters than those that your mobile device supports, then that sms will be separated into more messages and charged accordingly. It is recommended that you check the number of characters your mobile supports by viewing the counter on your mobile screen whenever you send an sms. Additionally you can simply read the manual of your mobile phone, to find out the maximum number of characters per sms that it supports.
