Provided that the prepaid connection is listed under your own T.I.N., go to My COSMOTE and without login, easily and instantly, you can see the available balance in talk time, MB and sms as well as in cash.
The duration period of the cash balance is set at 2 months (60 days) from the last top up of the cash balance. If 2 months (60 days) pass without any balance top up, any remaining cash balance in the prepaid connection will be lost. If 3 months (90) days pass without any balance top up, all incoming and outgoing traffic will be barred (TALK TIME, SMS, INTERNET).
The condition for the inclusion of a Prepaid connection in COSMOTE One is for the former to belong to the owner of COSMOTE One and be listed under the same T.I.N. or ID card/Passport, or with One Time Pin in case the Prepaid connection belongs to different T.I.N./ ID card/ Passport
For a Prepaid connection to be considered eligible for inclusion in COSMOTE One, it must be registered in a What’s Up, COSMOKARTA or Frog plan.
At the same time, the connections must obligatorily be in active status (therefore, connections in preactive, deactive and recharge only status are excluded).
You can include up to 4 (four) Prepaid connections in COSMOTE One. The customer can replace a Prepaid connection with another one, always adhering to the maximum number of Prepaid connections allowed in COSMOTE One.
The Prepaid connection, from the moment it is included in COSMOTE One and for as long as it is listed under the plan, enjoys the following benefits:
1000’ talk time minutes for each prepaid plan – What’s Up, COSMOKARTA, Frog – to all mobile connections that participate in same COSMOTE One.
For voice calls from the Prepaid connection listed under COSMOTE One to the other mobile plan members, the free talk time of the 1.000’ pack will be consumed first.
In relation to the consumption priority at the expiration of the 1.000’ pack, the existing Prepaid rules shall apply.
