The enormous project of remote learning for students in Greece is being covered via landline broadband connections that are commercially available to all households, with coverage exceeding 99% throughout Greece.

Through the MyCOSMOTE app, under ‘Manage your equipment and connections’ option, you can immediately check the status of your connection and carry out some initial actions, e.g. restart your router, transfer incoming calls free of charge from your landline to your mobile telephone, activate free minute and GB packages.

The General Secretariat for Civil Protection sends updates containing guidelines via 112 to all mobile telephone users. While in most smartphones the option to receive such notifications is activated, some users may not be receiving these notifications.
