How does the automatic activation of the pack work?
Every time the talk time to all destinations expires or runs out, a new one is automatically activated. If your cash balance is insufficient you will be notified via SMS and the new pack will be automatically activated at the next top up of your balance. The pack is not automatically activated if the available COSMOTE minutes/ SMS or MB of the plan expire or run out.
How can I deactivate the service of the automatical activation of a bundle?
To deactivate the service send sms «B_OFF» to 1330 or call for free 1330 and press 1 - 5 - 0.
How can I choose to automatically activate other bundle and what options do I have?
The available bundle that can be automatically activated are the following:
To change the auto-activated bundle, call for free at 1330. First, press 1 and then 5 to hear the menu with all the available auto-activated bundles and choose the one that best fits your needs.
What apples to the service COSMOTE My Internet?
The service COSMOTE My Internet is pre-activated so that:
- Every time you consume 100% of your MB, surfing is interrupted
- You get notified immediately when the free MB expire
- The webpage of COSMOTE My Internet is immediately displayed on your mobile screen in order to activate one of the available Internet packs
- You can decide whether to continue by selecting directly from your mobile phone the Internet pack that suits your needs

How can I include COSMOKAPTA in COSMOTE One?
In order to include COSMOKAΡTA in the plan, select anyone in your family with a COSMOTE One plan in his name, get them to call 13888 or visit a COSMOTE/GERMANOS shop and the procedure will be completed within a few minutes.
What is the validity period of the connection?
The connection is valid for a period of 13 months from the last top up of balance or from the activation date of the connection. If 3 months pass without any top up of the balance, the subscriber will no longer be in position to make and receive calls since barring of incoming & outgoing calls, text messages and Internet will be automatically activated.
