Eligible customers are:
- COSMOTE Residential Postpaid & Cost Control subscribers
- COSMOTE Business Postpaid, Cost Control subscribers & individual accounts or Split Bill.
For Business customers a special request must be made to COSMOTE Customer Service (13818) by the company legal representative before any purchases can be made.
COSMOTE prepaid subscribers are not eligible.
2. Is it possible to block Apple iTunes charging on COSMOTE bill?
Yes, it is possible to block and unblock.
In order to do this, please:
- Call 13888 for Residential Customers
- Call 13818 for Business Customers
- Or send us your request electronically
3. How can I select a payment method on Apple iTunes?
To make purchases from the App Store, the iTunes Store or Apple Books, or to buy storage in iCloud, you need an Apple ID and a valid payment method.
