The new COSMOTE 5G WiFi plans are provided exclusively to customers who want the best possible alternative Internet solution for their home (in remote areas) which uses 5G mobile technology to provide the best possible Internet access service. The service is available exclusively in 5G coverage areas.
How long will I wait for my connection to be activated?
If the installation is done by the customer himself, then the activation is immediate. In case of installation by our specialized technician, you will be informed by the OTE technical department about the exact time required.
What equipment will I need for the Service to work?
These specific programs are supported by both indoor and outdoor equipment. The type of equipment provided is determined by the mobile network coverage in the customer's area in order to ensure the quality of the services provided. In the case of outdoor equipment, the installation and placement of the SIM card is done by a specialized OTE technician. For the installation charge and more information, please go here.
Is this Service affected by weather conditions?
There is no effect of weather conditions such as rain, clouds, dust and harsh weather conditions on the uninterrupted operation of the Service because it is based on the superiority of our 5G network.
